Marina Boathouse Piles

On this project the Ground Screws were installed to replace rotten logs that were the original boathouse foundation. The piles were installed at an angle to get a wider stance between the Ground Screws without impeding on boats.

Location: Lefroy Harbour Marina – Innisfil, Simcoe County, Ontario, Canada

Ground Conditions: Water, silty clay and a very dense layer of hardpan after 12-15 feet.
